An integral part of the menu are fine Vietnamese classics such as summer rolls or warming phos, complemented by a sophisticated, sometimes extravagant sushi selection. Especially tasty: the Crunchy Veggie Roll with salsa roja, guacamole, daikon cress, leeks, and an aromatic sesame dressing.
If you prefer something simpler, you will of course also find what you are looking for, including classic maki and nigiri versions or fresh sashimi. The Dudu is priced a bit above average and is therefore more suitable for a fancy dinner than a quick bite in between.
