With their café, Martin Pöller, Lukas Mann and Maximiliane Wetzel have created a place where everything revolves around enjoyable breakfasts, not just in the morning - but all day long. Breakfast classics are paired here with seasonal ingredients or reinterpreted with a few extras. The muesli, for example, comes as a vegan version with fruity apple, blood orange and crunchy caramel peanuts, the French toast is topped with cassis ragout, quark foam and flaxseed crunch.
