Vacation feelings? Are guaranteed to come up when you visit the Inselgarten. It is located on a small, dreamy island in the middle of the Spree - the so-called Island of Youth. Once there, you can make yourself comfortable in the Biergarten with a view of the water.
If you like, you can also choose from a selection of savory and sweet dishes. On the menu are, for example Flammkuchen or various cakes - all prepared from regional and sustainable produce. In general, there is a lot of attention being paid on the freshness and quality of the products: The coffee, for example, is organic, the eggs free-range and for all beer fans, there is also Pilsner Urquell as a tank beer: completely freshly brewed and unpasteurized, the beer is delivered directly from the brewery to the Inselgarten.
In addition to the Biergarten, cultural events such as open-air cinema, poetry slam or concerts also take place. In winter, the whole thing is then moved indoors to one of the three rooms in the Kulturhaus Insel.
