Sarod's attracts not only with authentic Thai cuisine, but also with a beautiful terrace directly in the Bergmannkiez, which becomes a popular dinner meeting place, especially in the summer. On colder days, an elegant interior in subtle beige and warm wood tones awaits you. Starters such as Tom Kha Gai, fresh papaya salad or chicken skewers with peanut sauce are a permanent fixture on the menu.
Also always on the menu: classics like Phad Thai or spicy Thai curry with fresh vegetables and herbs, plenty of spices and a choice of meat or tofu. In addition, there is a Thai special with dishes that are prepared in the fire pot. Our personal recommendation: the very creamy green curry with Thai basil and fresh vegetables. Like most dishes at Sarod's, this one makes its presence felt with a fine spicy note, but without being too dominant in heat. On the other hand, if you like it a little more fiery, the dishes here can also be prepared very spicy on request.
