For many years now, the upscale Japanese restaurant Sticks'n'Sushi has been a firm address when it comes to upscale Japanese cuisine. The focus is on two very special dishes, namely Sushi and Yakitori (grilled Japanese vegetable, fish or meat skewers). The latter is often served in unusual variations. For example, with Padron peppers, Gochujang dip and lime sauce.
For those who prefer something more classic, the combination of salmon and aromatic terkyaki sauce is simple yet wonderfully intense in taste. And what else? There are experimental (and classic) sushi variations as well as smaller starters, the latter sometimes with a twist: for example, the grilled cauliflower with truffle sesame or the green tartare of grilled broccoli pulp with yuzu.
