The Est serves modern Japanese cuisine paired with international influences. The special feature: The dishes are inspired by the tapas principle and explicitly intended for sharing. Divided into three categories - Sea, Land and Earth - the menu has something for every taste.
Under the "Sea" menu, for example, you'll find dishes with scallops, tuna or octopus. "Land" offers hearty meat creations such as Wagyu tartare or a Japanese version of the classic "duck à l'orange". "Earth" dishes offer delicious vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Our favorite: the glazed and wonderfully juicy grilled eggplant, as well as the roasted mushrooms with miso butter and nori. Complementing the great tapas menu is a selection of fresh sushi.
