Never heard of Canadian Pizza? Then you should definitely stop by Ron Telesky, where they serve hearty pizza slices with all kinds of delicious & unusual toppings, including chili maple syrup. Admittedly, apart from the syrup, the pizza with the crispy thin dough doesn't really have much to do with Canada.
Sebastian Hunold used to work in a pizzeria near Toronto - and was fascinated by the unusual toppings on the pizzas there. Without further ado, he brought the concept to Berlin-Kreuzberg, where you can now enjoy creations like the Couchpotato with sweet potato and rosemary or a slice of Cronenberg Crashmit coriander pesto, mango and tandoori tofu.
