Since 2001, the Schwarzwaldstuben has been serving down-to-earth Swabian cuisine without any frills. In addition to the regular menu, there is also a small, daily changing menu with a focus on regional, seasonal ingredients. What else? In addition to hearty flammkuchen, you'll find a small, fine selection of hearty dishes and Swabian classics.
How about some delicious Maultaschen - either the classic meat or a vegetarian version - and a portion of Swabian potato salad? Another classic that always goes here: Käsespätzle with mountain cheese and crunchy cucumber salad. The crispy schnitzel, which can be served with fried potatoes and cucumber salad or potato salad, is even more hearty. Finally, it gets sweet and fruity once again: with delicious Kaiserschmarrn and a wonderfully airy strawberry cream.
