Do you prefer sweet or savory? Simple or decadent? At Suzette Creperie, no wish remains unfulfilled: For the big appetite, there are omelettes and delicious galettes here - the latter are prepared quite traditionally with buckwheat flour and are therefore naturally gluten-free. If you like, you can choose one of the lavishly topped versions, for example with three kinds of cheese (Roquefort, goat cheese, Emmental), cream and extra bacon.
Also very tasty: the rather simple variations, e.g. with salted butter or with tomato and onion confit. And what else? Of course, the whole thing is also available as a sweet version with crêpes. Here the namesake of the café, the Crêpe Suzette, may not be missing. Homemade orange and lemon syrup are flambéed with a dash of Grand Marnier, accompanied by a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. Not quite as extravagant, but at least as delicious: the crêpe "caramel beurre salé" with homemade bretonian salted caramel.
