In recent years, several ramen restaurants have opened in Berlin. Some of them rather less authentic, others even more so. Takumi Nine, with its two locations, definitely belongs to the latter category. Here you get ramen as you know it from Japan: bite-proof noodles, a steaming, powerful broth, classic toppings, no frills.
You can choose between four possible flavors: Classic with miso, strong with shoyu, clear with a shio base, or spicy as a tantan variety. By the way, all four ramen soups are also available in vegan, whereby not only the toppings, but also the broth is completely vegetable-based. On top, you can order various extras or an appetizer. Here, too, the selection is small and fine: How about a portion of edamame, heart-shaped gyoza or takoyaki (crispy octopus dough balls)?
