Shortly after opening in the new market hall at Pfefferberg, Taqueria el Oso already had a loyal following. On the one hand, this is due to a series of pop-ups, where the three makers Michael, Jesús and Pablo have already given a taste of their skills and creativity. But most of all, it's due to the unchangingly fantastic tacos, which are arguably some of the most delicious and authentic in town.
The selection is rather small and limited to only a few taco creations. These have it for it however in itself. For example, the Taco al Pastor. Traditionally, this street food classic is prepared with pork from a spit, similar to shawarma. For those who like it meatless, we recommend the variant with vegan chorizo - wonderfully juicy and aromatic in taste, this is in no way inferior to the strongly spiced meat creations.
